If you or a loved one are in jail, it can be a trying and stressful time.  Simpson, Foster and Gold can get a prisoner released before trial as long as the prisoner has a bond.

Simpson, Foster and Gold do not charge extra fees to get our clients released from jail.  Jail release is included in the cost of our legal representation.

You cannot prepare your case effectively in jail.  We understand that and feel strongly that paying twice… once to get out of jail and again to hire an attorney is unnecessary.
